At Global Learning and Development Solutions we want to help you feel confident and equipped to help in any medical emergency situation. With our face to face and easy to understand training, you’ll know your first aid better than anyone. But most importantly, you’ll be able to act quickly when the need arises.
We provides high quality first aid training through experienced, friendly and supportive trainers.
Nationally recognised training courses in first aid and regularly update our course content and training techniques. This ensures that we teach our students the latest and “best-practice” first aid theory and techniques, giving them the skills, knowledge and confidence to appropriately respond to and manage emergency first aid situations.
Upon completion of our Provide First Aid Package Course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment Certificate for the following first aid units

HLTAID001 - This course describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR in a range of situations, include community and workplace settings.
Industry recommends you update this life saving skill every year to keep knowledge and skills fresh.
HLTAID003 - This course describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. The unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, include community and workplace settings.
We offer courses on the weekends (Saturdays and Sunday), as well as during the weekdays, at our fully equipped Training locations close to public transport. Our First Aid Training Staff have extensive experience in First Aid, and they are extremely professional in communicating the knowledge and skills required to be a competent.
The course takes approximately eight hours in classroom face-to-face as well as pre-course self-study at your own pace.
HLTAID004 - This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children, and adults. The unit applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.
This unit of competency may contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
Specific licensing requirements, including requirements for refresher training, should be obtained from the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and/or relevant state/territory Work Health and Safety Regulatory Authority.
